The Weakley County Rehabilitation and Nursing Home has been officially sold to CCH Healthcare.
County Commissioner Roger Donaldson shared the numbers from the sale this week during the meeting of the Rules Committee.
The county made the decision to sell the home after constantly changing regulations and upkeep costs made ownership too difficult for the county.
CCH Healthcare currently operates 31 other nursing homes across Ohio and North Carolina.
