Former Obion County Clerk Inducted Into State Hall of Fame

A prestigious honor was bestowed on Obion County’s former County Clerk.

Following 40 of service, Vollie Jean Boehms was inducted into the Hall of Fame, during the recent County Officials Association of Tennessee.

Mrs. Boehms served in the elected office from 1976 thru 2016.

She was nominated for the Hall of Fame by current Obion County Clerk Crystal Crain, who had the honor of presenting the award.

The criteria for induction included a minimum of 20 years of service, leading with integrity, service to the community, and exhibiting the highest caliber of professionalism.
