The State of Tennessee has now added new Troopers to their ranks.
Graduation was held last week for 13 members of Lateral Trooper Cadet Class 1224, following a rigorous eleven week training.
Department of Safety and Homeland Security Commissioner Jeff Long served as the keynote speaker during the graduation ceremony and delivered the oath of office as the graduating class was sworn in.
The graduating class brought 93 years of previous law enforcement experience to the Tennessee Highway Patrol.
