Area school systems will be dismissing for their Christmas break this week.
The Union City School System will dismiss classes following an abbreviated day on Wednesday. Pre-K students will dismiss for Christmas Break following dismissal on Tuesday.
Obion County, Weakley County and Lake County School Systems will have early dismissal on Friday.
The Fulton County, Fulton Independent and Hickman County School Systems will also dismiss Friday following a full day of classes.
Students attending Fulton Independent and Hickman County schools will return to class on January 6th.
Union City, Weakley County, Lake County and Fulton County will begin classes for students on January 7th.
The Obion County School System will begin their classes for the New Year on January 8th.
