The Jackson Police Department is reminding the public of the dangers of Fentanyl.
In their release, the department says opioids can cause breathing to stop completely in high enough doses.
Fentanyl’s strength significantly increases the risk of overdose.
Illicitly sold synthetic opioids may be mixed with heroin, cocaine, or other drugs, amplifying their potency and danger.
Please inform your children, friends and family of the danger of this drug.
