Tennessee Breaks Record with Voter Turnout During November Election

Tennessee Secretary of State Tre Hargett has announced that a record-breaking 3.08 million Tennesseans voted in the November election.

Over 2.13 million votes were made in person during the early voting period. The previous record for voting turnout was set in 2020.

Secretary Hargett along with Governor Bill Lee and Attorney General Jonathan Skrmetti met to certify the results of the election.

Donald Trump and JD Vance received almost two million votes across the state and will receive Tennessee’s 11 electoral votes.
