The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet has scheduled a public meeting in Hickman County concerning a possible project in the City of Clinton.
The meeting will take place on Thursday, December 12th, to update efforts to improve safety, access, and regional connectivity along U.S. 51 in the city of Clinton.
The preliminary design calls for improved pedestrian mobility throughout downtown Clinton, incorporating all downtown businesses and the Farmers Market.
Renderings will be displayed, which show options for sidewalks and multi-use paths, as well as options for improved on-street parking around the courthouse.
The public meeting will take place at Hickman County High School, and will allow attendees to view exhibits, talk to Kentucky Transportation members and ask questions about the project.
