Channel 7 reports that the City of Jackson will approve $32 million to be added to the city’s debt on Tuesday.
This approval will double the city’s debt to $80 million. The new financial plan will provide $6.5 million for the Great Wolf Lodge Road, $4 million for turf at the Sportsplex, and new vehicles for city departments.
The plan also includes $1.7 million for a homeless shelter project.
