The National Weather Service says the Ken-Tenn area will have below normal temperatures to start the month of December.
Currently, Sunday thru Tuesday could see temperatures 20-degrees below normal.
Forecasts indicate daytime highs during the period from the upper-30’s to low-40’s, with nighttime lows dropping to the low-20’s.
Forecasters also say current predictions indicate the possibility of wind chills in the teens and single digits.
Extended forecasts show the chances of cold weather will continue into the first couple of weeks of December.
