Channel 7 reports the City of Camden has issued a water boil advisory after a traffic accident on Highway 70 severely damaged the main transmission water line for the city on Monday.
The city says about 100 feet of the water main has to be replaced to restore service. The water boil advisory will be in effect until the water service has been restored.
The Benton County Sheriff’s Office confirmed that the wreck on Highway 70 was fatal. Benton County Schools announced that school was closed on Tuesday.
