Union City police are seeking the identity of an individual who stole food items from the Save-A-Lot store.
Police reports said officers were dispatched to the Nailing Drive location to speak with the store manager.
Officers were informed that a black male had entered the store and grabbed three packs of t-bone steaks, then left the building without paying.
Shortly after, the manager said the same man reentered the store and took two slabs of ribs without paying.
The value of the theft was listed at just over $187.
The following day, the same man, dressed in the same clothing, attempted to steal two packages of beef.
When confronted by store officials, reports said the man took the packages from underneath his hooded sweatshirt then fled the scene.
