The South Fulton High School cheerleaders have punched their ticket to the national championship.
Obion County School Communications Director Lauren Kendall said the Red Devils cheerleaders had a strong showing this past Sunday at St. Charles, Missouri.
During the NCA Missouri Regionals, the team took first place honors in their division, and won the “Best Jumps Specialty Award” among 22 squads.
The showing in the Missouri Regional gave South Fulton a bid to compete at the NCA High School Nationals to be held in Dallas.
