Union City Police Officer Being Credited With Saving Life at Tyson Foods

A Union City police officer is being credited with saving the life of an employee at Tyson Foods on Wednesday morning.

Police Chief Ben Yates told Thunderbolt News about the actions of patrolman Reed Harris, of Dresden.(AUDIO)

 

Police reports said after being resuscitated, the victim was able to tell officers about taking a Nitroglycerin pill just before she fell.

When Fire and EMS personnel arrived on the scene, the employee stated she was not hurt and was feeling better.

She was taken from the scene for additional examinations.
