Cody Caksackkar has been elected to serve as City Commissioner in Ward 4 of South Fulton.
Caksackkar defeated Rodman E. Arnold Sr. by a vote of 161 to 102.
In the race for City Councilman in Ward 3 of Union City, Patrick Smith defeated incumbent Dianne Eskew by a vote of 340 to 284.
