The Union City Kiwanis Club will be providing new playground equipment for the downtown park.
The all-inclusive playground at Kiwanis Park is in partnership with Union City Parks and Recreation.
Union City Council members recently approved the purchase of crum-rubber safety material to place around the new playground equipment when it is installed.
