The Obion County Fall Fest “Pride of Obion County” luncheon was held Wednesday at Discovery Park of America.
A large crowd came out to honor this year’s recipient, LeEllen Smith, of Troy.
Mrs. Smith is the founder of OUTsideIN and the wife of General Sessions Judge Jimmy Smith.
During the ceremony, she talked about her journey in starting the non-profit manufacturing business.(AUDIO)
When learning of her selection for the county’s highest honor, Mrs. Smith said she gave all the credit to two special women in her life.(AUDIO)
