Union City police were contacted about debit card fraud from a Kenton man.
Police reports said 75 year old Micheal Dowdy came to the police station after he discovered missing funds from his bank account.
When checking his bank information, Dowdy discovered a transaction at Walmart in Union City for $1,416.
When inquiring with his bank, Dowdy learned the same amount was also taken at Walmart in Martin by a money transfer.
Dowdy showed police three transactions which took place at Walmart in Union City on April 29th, which actually totaled $1,513.
Due to the offense date, police were unable to view camera footage from the store.
The subject who committed the fraud is still unknown.
