The Union City Police Department will hold an annual fundraiser to assist with their “Shop with a Cop” program.
The 3rd annual Four-Person Golf Scramble will take place Saturday at Wynridge in Troy.
Police Chief Ben Yates said 19 teams have already entered, with room for one more to play.
Funds generated from the golfing event is used to purchase clothing and other needed items for less fortunate children at Christmas.
Anyone wanting to participate in the Saturday golf scramble is urged to contact the Union City Police Department.
