The arrival of a tropical storm system in the Ken-Tenn area means the possibility of heavy rainfall and gusty winds.
The remnants of former hurricane Helene has prompted a flood watch and wind advisory for the area.
One area of concern from the storm is the remaining standing corn and soybeans in the fields.
Obion County Agriculture Extension agent Garrett McDaniel said corn could see effects from the winds.(AUDIO)
