The Martin Police Department announced that a Martin Middle School student has been charged with a felony after making false threats toward a school on Friday.
The Police Department along with Homeland Security investigated multiple online threats made on Friday finding one to be local and the others to be part of a nationwide false threat incident.
Making threats of violence against a school is a class E felony.
