A Union City man was arrested on charges of assaulting an individual, along with two police officers.
Police reports said an aggravated assault warrant was issued for 46 year old Sidoles Lubin, after he caused minor injury to 56 year old Phyllip Blair at the Hospitality House in Union City.
When locating Lubin walking on Vine Street, police reports said an attempt to take him into custody on an aggravated assault charge resulted in the use of force.
The report stated Lubin kicked two officers multiple times when being placed into the squad car.
Additional charges of two counts of assault on a law enforcement officer were also issued.
