The City of Hickman has named a new City Clerk.
Jane Parker has been promoted to the position after serving three years as Deputy Clerk.
Ms. Parker has a background in commercial and industrial business, and is currently in training for Master Clerk through the Kentucky League of Cities.
Ms. Parker received an Associate’s degree in Business from Bethel University in 2023.
