For the first time in history, the Tennessee Sports Writers Association has released high school football polls.
In their first polls of the season in Class-A, McKenzie has been placed in the top spot, with Union City in the No.2 spot.
In Class-2A, Milan was No.4 this week, with Huntingdon in the seventh spot.
In Class-3A, Westview was ranked 6th and Dyersburg at 8th.
Class-4A had Dyer County in the No. 10 spot, with Henry County ranked 4th in Class-5A.
