A fiber internet project is underway in Hickman, Kentucky.
Hickman Electric System General Manager Adam Prehoda told Thunderbolt News about the project to provide needed broadband service to homes and businesses.(AUDIO)

The General Manager said the goal was to complete Phase 1 of the project this calendar year.
The Hickman Electric System serves 1,100 residential and commercial customers.
