For the second time in two weeks a tractor trailer has flipped on the north side of Martin.
A tractor trailer overturned on the east bound ramp of Highway 22 by Weakley County Motors this morning, spilling its contents of locomotive engines across the roadway.
The Martin police and fire department were on scene to assist. The ramp was blocked for several hours
