The annual Martin Soybean Festival will begin Tuesday, September 3rd with the Soybean Parade. The Bell Family will be this year’s Grand Marshall.
Musical guests will include include Sammy Kershaw, Shaggy, and the Eagle Maniacs.
The Soybean Midway will be set up on Tuesday the third and will be open till Saturday. Featured acts will be the Tanzanite Acrobats, Twiggy the water skiing squirrel, and the Twin Stunts Motorcycle Thrill Show.
Other events include a health and safety fair on Wednesday September 3rd, a Faith & Community Night on the 4th, and BBQ cook-off on the 6th.
Our very own Kevin Bartholomew will be emceeing the 11th Annual “Sammie” Eating Contest on the 6th.
