Former Hickman Middle and Fulton County High School coach Dale Alexander Sr. passed away last week at the age of 87.
Coach Alexander spent 1964-thru-1969 at Fulton County, following his time as an outstanding three sport player at Murray High followed by baseball and basketball at Murray State.

Coach Alexander was inducted into the Murray High Football and Baseball Hall of Fame, and was inducted into the Murray State Athletic Hall of Fame in 1990.
After leaving Fulton County, he coach baseball, football and basketball for 29 years at Charleston High School in Illinois.
