Union City police were called to investigate a theft at The Bridge on East Cheatham Street.
An employee told officers a couch was stolen outside the building on Sunday.
Security cameras showed a U-Haul truck driving up to the building, with a bald, white male jumping out of the passenger side.
The police report said the driver, a white female with blonde corn rows in her hair, came out to assist in the loading of the couch.
The U-Haul truck then left the scene toward North First Street.
The value of the theft was listed at $500.
