Tennessee State Representative Rusty Grills, of Newbern, is seeking re-election to represent District 77.
After filling an unexpired term for former State Representative Bill Sanderson, Grills is seeking his second full term in Nashville.
While in office, Grills said his votes and bills have been to benefit the residents of Obion, Dyer and Lake County.(AUDIO)
As part of a family farming operation, Grills said he will also continue to be a voice for agriculture in West Tennessee.(AUDIO)
The Republican Representative said he has built strong relationships with lawmakers in the House, which benefits his district and West Tennessee.(AUDIO)
Grills is being opposed by James “Bubba” Cobb, of Dyersburg, in the State and Federal Primary.
Early voting for the primary continues through Saturday, with election day set for August 1st.
