A crop duster crash in Graves County on Saturday claimed the life of the pilot.
The Graves County Sheriff’s Office reported a 911 call to Kentucky State Police at Post 1 which indicated an airplane crash near the Pilot Oak community.
First responders arrived to find a crop duster crashed in a field on Grover Hall Road.
The pilot of the plane, who was not from the immediate area, was killed in the crash.
Officials from the Federal Aviation Administration were called to the scene.
The identity of the pilot was not released in the sheriff’s report.
