Crowd Gathers at Obion County Courthouse to Hear Reading of State Resolution

A crowd of people came to the Obion County Courthouse on Tuesday to support a passed Tennessee Resolution.

House Resolution 803 was sponsored by District 32 State Representative Monty Fritts, of Kingston, and designated July 1st thru July 31st as a time of prayer and fasting in Tennessee.

Representative Fritts was in Union City on Tuesday, as State Representative Rusty Grills read the Resolution to around 100 individuals who attended at the courthouse.

The first term lawmaker explained the reading of the Resolution at courthouses across the state.(AUDIO)

 

The event also included prayer from about ten pastors in attendance.
