Union City tennis standouts Shelby Bondurant and Molly Kizer have earned All-State honors.
School Communications Director Mike Hutchens said the Golden Tornadoes two-time state runner-up doubles team was named Class-A All-State by the Tennessee Sports Writers Association.
The honor was the second straight for Bondurant and Kizer, who graduated as the two winningest players in program history.
Bondurant recorded 126 wins by playing in the No.1 singles spot for three years, and doubles all four seasons.
Kizer was not far behind, posting 120 wins in both singles and doubles play.
As a team, Boundurant and Kizer ended their high school play with a record of (39-15).
