Downtown Union City will be the site of major building enhancements in the coming months.
Main Street-Union City Executive Director Katie Graves said the awarding of a grant will bring changes to the business and shopping district.(AUDIO)

The Main Street Director said the $300,000 project requires a 25-percent match for the participating building owners.
The grant project has a two year completion time, with all work required to be finalized by December 31st of 2025.
