
Warrants were obtained for a Troy man following a crash with damage.
Union City police reports said officers were called to a yard at 2229 Old Troy Road, where a vehicle operated by 49 year old Jason A. Holly had struck a concrete state marker and utility pole.
The police report said Holly exited the damaged vehicle and ran into a nearby field.
Union City police and Obion County deputies conducted a search for Holly, who was able to elude capture.
The estimated cost of the damage from the crash was not listed, with Holly’s vehicle also having damage to a fender, wheel, doors and windshield.
Union City police obtained warrants against Holly for leaving the scene of an accident, driving on a suspended license and no proof of physical responsibility.
