With the start of the 76th Annual College National Finals Rodeo three representatives from UT Martin will be vying for a national championship.
Clint Southworth, Madde Shelton and Leah Pitts are the trio who compete in the CNFR.
More than 400 cowboys and cowgirls from 100 different universities and colleges will ride into the Ford Wyoming Center in Casper this week.
Pitts is a junior from Gallatin and is competing in breakaway roping.
Southworth is a senior from Bagdad, Ky. and compete in in tie down roping.
And Madde Shelton who is from Fayetteville will compete in barrel racing. UT Martin’s Rodeo coach is Chase Thrasher.
