A Carroll County mother and her live-in boyfriend have been arrested in the death of a 14 month old child.
On Monday, agents with the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation arrested 25 year old Sara Earnestine Durrance, of Hollow Rock, along with 20 year old Zachory Taylor Gray.
The arrests come after an investigation into the death of Shiloh Durrance, who died at a Nashville hospital on Monday.
TBI reports said the child was brought to a hospital with severe injuries in Sunday, and then transported to Nashville.
Ms. Durrance is charged with aggravated child abuse and neglect, and is being held on a $100,000 bond.
Gray is being held without bond on charges of criminal homicide, aggravated child abuse and neglect.
