Union City Public Works Department Assisting in Limb Cleanup from Storm

Sunday morning’s severe thunderstorm caused many downed trees and limbs around Union City.

With homeowners and businesses now cleaning up the damage and debris, the Union City Public Works Department will be assisting in the effort.

Public Works Director Jason Moss told Thunderbolt News about the removal of the storm damage.(AUDIO)

 

With good weather, and the help of residents in getting limbs to the curbside, Moss said he hopes to remove the debris pretty quickly.(AUDIO)

 

To assure safety for those who are helping to clean-up the storm damage, the Public Works Director is asking motorists to avoid the heavily damaged areas.(AUDIO)
