We’ve dropped to 82 members without power! We still have 25 trouble spots with our largest outage affecting 36 members south of Hickman.
Next largest is an outage affecting 13 members south of Clinton. All of our other outages are affecting 1 to 4 members; these are scattered throughout Fulton, Hickman and Carlisle counties in Kentucky and in Obion County in Tennessee.
Although our outage numbers are looking much better, the 25 remaining outage trouble spots will still require a lot of work.
Thankfully, we have great help from Southwest Tennessee Electric, Pickwick Electric, Forked Deer Electric, Tennessee Valley Electric, Service Electric and Cruse Powerline.
If all goes well, we expect to have service to all those members whose homes are ready before we go home tonight.
As our electric service has been restored, our fiber services team and fiber contractor (CableSouth Construction) have been working to restore broadband service to our Gibson Connect subscribers.
