Forecasters say strong thunderstorms will impact Obion, Weakley, Dyer, Carroll and Lake County through 9:15.
Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms near Tiptonville moving northeast at 25 miles per hour.
The storms were carrying winds up to 40 miles per hour and nickel sized hail.
