The National Weather Service in Memphis has issued a Flash Flood Warning for Obion, Dyer and Gibson County.
Weather Service officials say storms have dropped 2-to-3 inches of rainfall, which has flooded roadways, streams and creeks.
The Flash Flood Warning for Obion, Lake and Dyer County is now in effect until 1:30.
