An early morning fire Tuesday at 214 Elm Street in Martin is being investigated as a “possible” arson.
Martin Fire fighters were called out at 5:50am where a rental house was ablaze.
Martin Fire Chief Jamie Summers said units were on the scene quickly and maintained control of the fire.
T-B-I agents were called in to review their findings as the fire was “suspicious” in nature.
Public records show the house is own by J K Sadler and Mike Jones and was used as rental property.
