Thunderbolt Broadcasting has been nominated for two state news awards by the Tennessee Association of Broadcasters.
In the category of Small Market Radio, 104.9 KYTN News Director Charles Choate was nominated in the category of “Best Local News Coverage” and “Best Local On-Air Newscaster or Reporter”.
The Tennessee Association of Broadcasters “Excellence in Broadcasting Awards” banquet will be held at the Country Music Hall of Fame in Nashville on August 20th.
The event honors the work of large and small market radio, large and small market television, college and special awards.
