Several local Dresden residents will be acknowledged at the 44th Anniversary Tennessee Iris Festival. They include Melinda Goode who was tapped for the “Spirit of the Iris.”
“Citizen of the Year” is Gail Rogers,
“Volunteer of the Year” is Lori Mathis.
The “Golden Irises” are David and Beverly Oliver.
The Parade Grand Marshals are the Dresden High School and Middle School cheerleaders. The honorees will be recognized in the Iris Festival Parade May 4th and will take a place in the Iris Festival Parade May 4th.
