Sixth-grade students at Lake Road, alongside School Resource Officer Ben Hudson, received their L.E.A.D. program t-shirts this week.
L.E.A.D. stands for Law Enforcement Against Drugs.
School Communications Director Lauren Kendall said thanks to the support of the Obion County Drug Coalition, the Law Enforcement Against Drugs program is making a significant impact in our schools.
The shirts signify more than just attire, and they represent a commitment to drug prevention and a healthy lifestyle.
Taught by the SROs in each school, the classes provide crucial education on the dangers of drug use and encourage students to choose a drug-free path.
