The National Weather Service has issued a Wind Advisory that includes West Tennessee.
The advisory goes into effect at 3:00 on Thursday morning, and continues until 5:00 on Thursday afternoon.
Forecasters say west winds will be sustained at 20-to-30 miles per hour, with gusts up to 50 miles per hour expected.
The impacts of the gusty winds will include blowing around unsecured objects, with possible tree
limb damage and power outages.
