Main Street-Union City took part in a Dyersburg summit on Monday.
Main Street Executive Director Katie Graves said four Union City downtown businesses were part of the “Destination Entrepreneur Summit”.
Ms. Graves said the event featured Jon Schallert, who is the only business speaker in the world who teaches the focus of turning businesses and communities into consumer destinations.
Attendees of the workshop learned how retail stores, restaurants, service-related businesses, and professional practices could apply Schallert’s Destination strategy every day to keep customers and revenue coming in their doors.
The event was held at the Mill Workspace and was part of a Launch Tennessee initiative.
