A Union City man was taken into custody following a tip of drug sales at his home.
26 year old Dylan Jakob Smith, of East Church Street, was issued charges of possession of schedule one and six drugs with intent to sale, along with possession of a firearm during the commission of a dangerous felony.
Union City police reports said an officer responded to the home, where Smith gave the officer a bag of marijuana weighing 52 grams.
A search of the home yielded drug paraphernalia, including a smoking pipe, marijuana grinders and a digital scale.
The police report said a bag of marijuana joints weighing 66 grams was found, along with 25 grams of psychedelic mushrooms, containers of THC wax and a Smith and Wesson .38-caliber handgun.
Following the discovery, Smith was taken to the Obion County Jail.
