Vanderbilt basketball coach Jerry Stackhouse has been fired after five seasons in Nashville.
The firing came after the Commodores lost their opening round game in the SEC Tournament in Nashville.
The team finished the season with a (9-23) record.
Stackhouse leaves after a (70-92) overall record, and (28-60) in the Southeastern Conference.
