Discovery Park of America will be hosting a free exhibit launch and reception on Saturday.
The launch for “Vietnam 2 Soldiers. 2 Artists. 2 Journeys Then and Now” will take place from 5:30 to 7:30. At the ATA Traveling Exhibit Hall.
The exhibit is on loan from Monthaven Arts and Cultural Center, and will include renowned artists and Vietnam veterans David Wright and Chuck Creasy.
Wright and Creasy will exhibit sketches of American soldiers and Vietnam civilians drawn in-country in 1965 and on a return 50 years later.
Following the launch on Saturday, the exhibit will be on display until May 26th.
