Discovery Park of America will host their annual Robert E. and Jenny D. Kirkland Gala and Fundraiser on Saturday night.
The event brings together community leaders, policymakers, philanthropists and others to celebrate the selected honorees.
Those honored at this year’s event includes:

Deanie Parker, of Memphis
Elizabeth Taylor, of Jackson
and David Ring, of Boston, Massachusetts
This year gala will be emceed by Joey Sulipeck, an author and professional event host from Memphis.
